Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Deposits are non refundable and guarantee your rentals for the day of your event. Rescheduling options are only available due to inclement weather (and COVID-19), and sufficient notice must be given (24 hours for inflatables except on holiday weekends then 48 hours notice is required).

Units are based on availability. However, if the requested change/add-on is available we will gladly add that to your order and update the event details.

Depending on the facility we can bring the requested units inside for indoor events. *Water units will not be allowed indoors without proper authorization from the facility owner*

In an effort to keep our employees safe we require that all balance due be paid in full 48 hours prior to the event date. This allows our drivers to not worry about carrying large amounts of cash on them. This and helps us ensure that there are no delays in delivery. *Certain circumstances may be approved with advance notice*

In case of unfavorable weather X-Clusive Entertainments will be in contact to give instructions on how to properly prepare the unit. *Cancellation may happen due to wind speeds at or above the safety ratings recommended by the manufacturer*

If your event is at a park/forest preserve, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper permits and certificate of insurance. You can obtain a certificate of insurance from us. Most parks require a general permit and a special use permit for inflatables, generators, tents, etc. Verify this info with the park and make sure we are allowed to use stakes to secure the equipment into the ground.

Do the scheduling variance and the amount of inflatables rented for the day we can not guarantee the delivery crew and pickup crew will be the same. If at all possible we do try to keep the crews the same though. Our crew members will always be wearing company logo shirts.

We request the unit be inflated upon our arrival to allow proper inspection of the unit. Deflating the unit may cause potential problems resulting in additional fees.

Our inflatables are sometimes wet when they are delivered due to the frequency of rain and event rentals. In such cases we may deliver earlier than your event start time to give the inflatable time to dry.

We do require the inflatable to free of all trash, debris, and articles of clothing upon arrival. Please spray off excessive dirt/mud on the outside of the unit if possible. Normal debris in the inflatable is expected.
